Congratulations to ArtCenter students on the opening of their group exhibition, Hyphenated American.
Hyphenated American is an exploration of our ethnic identity and cultural duality, or the lack of one. It is about adapting to a new culture while holding onto our roots. It embraces a way to thrive and create while living in a space that is constantly shifting and intertwining. We are exploring and questioning: who we are, who we are not, and who we become. Our aim is to share our experience.
