As a maturing brand with a strong creative POV, we are looking for the perfect team member who can hit the ground running and be able to multi-task on several projects at one time. We are looking for a creative lead with a strong book/reel who has several years experience in commercial photography/film industry.

Create brand photography on time and on budget.
Shoot lifestyle, on set or location, beauty product shots and silo product shots.
Collaborate with partners on stylistic approaches for Petco, train others in technique and maintain the Petco photo style guide with technical specifications.
Quality check photos for compliance to the photo style guide.
Ensure the studio is equipped for maximum throughput.
Collaborate on concepts for videos/photos
Direct the video production.
Configure and manage workflow for optimal volume and quality output.
Perform routine video and audio equipment maintenance.
Familiar with all technical requirements for various channels.
Spot quality check videos for consistency.
