The Photo Producer executes photo shoot production for MARC JACOBS E-com and Global Marketing. Reports to the Director, Creative Services and partners with cross-functional teams to execute photo shoots that meet global marketing brief deliverables. Drives production schedule in partnership with PM project leads. Resources crew, talent and photographers.

PHOTO SHOOT PRODUCTION:

Produce digital shoots for the MARC JACOBS website and social accounts, including but not limited to, information gathering, shot lists, schedules, budgets, contracts and delivery specs
Manage options and negotiate rates on all necessary external resources (e.g., locations, models, photographers, stylists, hair & makeup artists, props, etc.)
Prepare and obtain all releases forms for Photographers and Talent, vetted by Legal.
Creation and management of shot lists to support the Ecom and Market needs of the business
Partner with Sample Coordinator for the procurement and return of all samples for each shoot
Organize transport of samples to/from set
Create and distribute Call Sheets prior to each photo shoot
Support team with any additional needs on set
Assist on Local & Location Shoots as needed
